How to Use

1. Preheat the oven (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4)
and line your tin (23x12cm) with parchment paper

2. Add Brownie mix, 1 egg, 110ml water + 20ml oil to a bowl Mix the ingredients together until well blended. Spread evenly into your parchment lined tin

3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs attached

4. Transfer the brownies to the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving. This makes them extra fudgy!

1. Chocaholic Hazelnut Brownies

A delicious blend of chocolate and hazelnut - these will 100% satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 60g Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread
  • 15g chopped toasted hazelnuts 
  • Chopped nuts

Method

To make Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies, add the large dollop of our Low Sugar Hazelnut Chocaholic Spread to the mixture while you stir.

Make sure you don’t fully stir in so that you create a marble effect. For a little extra touch, drizzle over some chopped nuts to make them extra crunchy!
