However if you do not receive your parcel within 14 working days please contact our wonderful customer support team who will be able to help.
*Please be aware our office opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8.30-5pm (excluding bank holidays). We do experience a high volume of emails due to our business expanding.
Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays so there could be slight delays during those times.

Relating to your subscription everything can be done via your online account. There is not a need to contact customer support as everything we can do you can do yourself including swapping products, changing delivery days, updating details and you can also cancel anytime if you wish to do so.

Please note by emailing customer support if you wish to cancel you may risk another order being generated instead of actioning cancellation yourself.
