If you have ordered and are awaiting your delivery there is no need to email us unless you have waited longer than 14 days which would be extremely odd.
Please note due to extensive delays due to health and safety of Skinny Food Co & Royal Mail delivery service our despatch timeframe from us to Royal Mail is approx 5-7 Working Days. Please then consider the time in transit from this stage to when it will be delivered as there are extreme delays in some regions due to staff shortages and higher influx of parcel volume and we would advise expecting to wait an additional 4-5 days once your tracking information first updates.
If you have received your tracking number this means we have printed your label. It does not mean your order has left our premises yet. It may be still in the queue for dispatch. When your order does leave us your tracking number we email you will update to say Royal Mail have received it. Please note even when we despatch orders some people are experiencing their tracking to take 3-4 days before it's first scanned.
Please do not be alarmed by the extensive delays but expect it as the global pandemic is really affecting food companies and delivery services.

Relating to your subscription everything can be done via your online account. There is not a need to contact customer support as everything we can do you can do yourself including swapping products, changing delivery days, updating details and you can also cancel anytime if you wish to do so.
