UK SHIPPING
We have free delivery available on orders above £49.99. Due to the weight of our products delivering from online to customers is very expensive so we have to factor into our shipping prices and only charge £4.99 delivery or £7.99/10.99 (Next Business Day Delivery)

IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER QUICKER THAN OUR STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAME PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR DELIVERY TO NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY OPTION.

  • Next Business Day Delivery orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday excluding U.K. public holidays. The usual delivery date is Tuesday. 
  • The cut off for First Class delivery is 11.59am daily Monday - Friday. 
  • Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch. 
  • Please note at checkout if our system identifies your order fits into multiple boxes to complete your order the shipping rate at checkout will vary as additional courier fee's will be applicable. This will incur in an additional fee at checkout above the cost shown above. If the order is manually identified as needing to go into multiple boxes a member of our customer support team will contact you for additional payment whilst your order is on hold.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are now shipping globally up to 30kg.

Shipping rates vary based on location. You can view this by adding items to your basket and the price will be calculated as you enter the checkout process.

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days however this can vary due to stock availability.

LIABILITY
We cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. On the rare occasion that delivery is delayed due to our courier service we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the other parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 10 working days.
