IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE

I would firstly like to thank you for your custom and support to The Skinny Food Co. Due to our growth and wonderful customers in making this happen, we have now outgrown our warehouse and are moving somewhere new. Unfortunately, there have been some teething problems and this means delivery times have been affected.We are trying our best to dispatch our standard delivery service within 3-5 working days to Royal Mail. However, we now offer a 24 hour service if ordered before 2pm for same day dispatch.We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service at The Skinny Food Co, so we want to apologise for falling short of our usual standards. Until normal service is resumed please allow for additional working days for dispatch to Royal Mail. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support during this time.

UK SHIPPING 

We have free delivery available on orders above £49.99. Due to the weight of our products delivering from online to customers is very expensive so we have to factor into our shipping prices and only charge a tiny £2.99 delivery or £5.99 (1st Class) First Class orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday excluding U.K. public holidays. The cut off for First Class delivery is 2pm daily Monday - Friday. Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

*Please note, international delivery dates are subject to customs.

We have unfortunately had to make the hard decision in turning off all Ireland shipping. Due to Brexit we cannot offer this at this current moment in time but are working our very best on it behind the scenes to hopefully offer this very soon.

ORDER PROCESSING 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days however this can vary due to stock availability.

LIABILITY 

We cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. On the rare occasion that delivery is delayed due to our courier service we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the other parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 10 working days.
