Being in a calorie deficit doesn’t have to be boring and it doesn’t mean you have cut out the food you love, which is why we're so excited about being able to offer you healthy alternatives!
Everyone's calorie and dietary needs are different, depending on you as an individual and your activity levels- the ideas below can be used as a great starting point for a calorie deficit diet this January.

and if you didn't take note already - 30 mins of exercise daily to keep you fit and healthy! Please always remember to drink 2-3 litres of water a day to aid digestion and get between 6-8 hours of sleep a night to feel your best!
