This week we wanted to show you how it's possible to still enjoy great tasting food to beat the January blues whilst still being able to achieve your fitness goals. Being in a calorie deficit doesn’t have to be boring and it doesn’t mean you have cut out the food you love, which is why we're so excited about being able to offer you healthy alternatives!

Everyone's calorie and dietary needs are different, depending on you as an individual and your activity levels- the ideas below can be used as a great starting point for a calorie deficit diet this January.

We've collected our favourite recipes - from breakfasts, all the way through to dinner, snacks included to help you enjoy meal time in a calorie deficit..
