Jammy fruit pizza

We’ve got a JAM-tastic creation in store for you! Enjoy a dessert that’s high in protein, low in sugar and gives you incredible flavours…

You will need: 

1 SFC Pizza base

60g SFC Apricot jam

100g strawberries

100g raspberries

50g blueberries 

1 can mandarins in juice (drained)

1 packet SFC White Chocolate crispies


To make:

1.Set your oven to 180° and grab yourself our low calorie Skinny Food Co pizza base. Place this onto an oven tray, in the centre of your preheated oven for 10 minutes
2.Once cooled, generously spread our Low Sugar Apricot Jam over the surface.
3.Add the mandarin segments, blueberries, raspberries and chopped strawberries over the top.
4.Crush up a packet of our white Chocolate Crispies to sprinkle over the fruit. 
For this delicious sweet treat there is only 71 calories, 11.3g of carbs, 0.9g of fat and 4.8g of protein! 

 All of this for just 71 calories per slice, 11.3g of carbs, 0.9g of fat and 4.8g of protein! 

Strawberries & Cream Pizza


Who doesn’t love the classic combo of strawberries and cream? - if you haven’t tried this yet, NOW is the time to!

All you need: 

 1 SFC Pizza base

90g light cream cheese

30ml SFC Vanilla Creamer

60g SFC Strawberry jam

250g strawberries 

100g light squirty cream


To make this dreamy pizza, follow the instructions below

1. Set your oven to 180°. Whilst this is preheating, mix together the light cream cheese and our Skinny Food Co Vanilla Creamer. 
2. Spread this over the uncooked pizza base and add our Low Sugar Strawberry Jam all over. 
3. Place this onto an oven tray, in the centre of your preheated oven for 10 minutes. 
4. Chop your strawberries into quarters. Once your pizza has cooled, add these on top.
5.Finally, add your light squirty cream around the edges for that perfect finishing touch!

How amazing does this sound! Per slice there are 87 calories, 10.3g of carbs, 3g of fat and 5g of protein.


 

 

Chocoholic Fruity Pizza 

For the last recipe we have combined our two favorite things; pizza and our Chocoholic Spread!

You will need: 

1 SFC Pizza base

100g SFC Chocaholic spread

100g strawberries

50g raspberries

50g blueberries

50g SFC White Chocaholic spread 

1 packet SFC Milk Choc crispies 

Fruit - then white chocoholic spread drizzled on top 

Milk chocolate crispies - crushed and sprinkled 

 

You can create this pizza in 5 easy steps:


1.Set your oven to 180° and grab yourself our low calorie Skinny Food Co Pizza Base. Place this onto an oven tray, in the centre of your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
2.Spread our Hazelnut Chocoholic spread evenly over the pizza base once cooled.
3.Chop the strawberries into halves and add the fruit to the pizza base.
4.Drizzle our White Chocoholic Spread over the top.
5.For the final step, crush up a packet of our milk Chocolate Crispies to sprinkle on top. 

A delicious treat for all the family, with only 157 calories, 18g of carbs, 8.3g of fat and 5.1g of protein per slice, what’s not to love!
