1. Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Sometimes simplicity is just what we all need! What's better to do than baking these delicious cookies to enjoy with a milkshake or on a relaxing coffee break? This is the perfect child friendly recipe - all you need is 3 simple ingredients - 1 egg and 2 of our Skinny Food Co products - our Skinny Food Co French Vanilla Barista Syrup & Skinny Food Co Cookie Dough Peanut Butter which is of course, Palm Oil Free!

2. Keto Chocolate Mousse

We all need a chocolate fix every now and then. Even if you're on a Keto diet, chocolate can still be incorporated! Ready in only a couple of minutes, these are the perfect dessert for the whole family - it's just accidentally Keto friendly too!

For the days when you're feeling low in energy, need a tasty pick me up or fancy a low carb snack, this recipe is the one for you!

A combination of healthy fats, a binder and delicious flavours, they'll keep you feeling fuller for longer whilst satisfying those taste buds!

Not only will this recipe kept friendly, but it's also Vegan!

4. Keto Brownie Mug

A quick and easy dessert to make from home. Swap sugar out for our sugar free maple syrup to add some sweetness to your brownie!

Ingredients:

  • 20g Almond Flour
  • 10g Cocoa Powder
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 20ml SFC Maple Syrup
  • 10ml Melted Coconut Oil
  • 30ml Almond Milk
  • 20g Chocolate Chips

Method:

In a small bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix well. Then add your melted coconut oil with milk and mix until combined. Next, combine he dry and wet ingredients together and mix. If you're using chocolate chips, add them to the mixture and finally microwave your mug cake for 60-90 seconds until the brownie is just done.
