A great healthier alternative of a takeaway kebab, our mouther-watering version not only tastes better but is packed with flavour and low in calories using our incredible Sugar Free Kebab Fakeaway Sauce! This minty-yoghurt style sauce with added herbs, is of course suitable for everyone to try - allergen free and perfect for vegans, this sauce is a cupboard essential. Of course, you can tailor this recipe to fit all your dietary requirements - for a vegan version, just swap the cheese and ensure your chosen wrap is suitable too!
2 tortilla wraps
1 pack Vivera Plant Shawarma Kebab
20g reduced fat grated cheese
20g Fake Away Kebab Sauce
1. Spray your oil into your pan - we have used our Skinny Food Co Sunflower Spraying Oil. Once heated, fry the Vivera Plant Shawarma Kebab until cooked.
2. Whilst this is cooking, prepare the wraps. Add 20g of reduced fat grated cheese, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, onions and salad leaves.
3. Add the cooked Shawarma Kebab to the wrap and top with our 20g of our Fakeaway Sugar Free Kebab Sauce and fold these up.
4. Lower the heat on the pan, place the folded kebab wraps onto the heat and cook until they are golden brown and crispy and enjoy!
For only 383 calories, these wraps are the perfect lunch for on-the-go or could be paired with some sweet potato fries to make a great Friday night dinner. There is also 39g of carbs, 13g of fat and 23g of protein per wrap.
Of course, if a kebab sauce is too mild for you, you could add a splash of our Virtually Zero® Sweet Chilli Sauce!
