1 Tin of Chickpeas

1 Large Sweet Potato

½ Butternut Squash

1 Handful of Mushrooms

Our FakeAway® Indian Curry Sauce 

Coriander to Garnish


  1. Boil sweet potato and butternut squash chunks until soft. Then, wash and boil the chickpeas.
  2. Cut up the mushrooms into small segments and fry them off using our Low Cal Cooking Spray until golden brown.
  3. Add the cooked butternut squash and sweet potato chunks to the frying pan, then add in a generous amount of our FakeAway ® Indian Curry Sauce. 
  4. Mix together nicely, then serve with your choice of rice, before adding a garnish of coriander…and voila!
