Here at Skinny Food Co, we love to show you the endless variations that our sauces and syrups can be used. This week, we've decided to share yet another way to use our Fakeaway Sugar Free Kebab Sauce - in a boat!
Using our Kebab Sauce is a great way to enjoy vegan meals too as it's completely dairy-free. We've used Stand n Stuff Tortilla Boats which are also suitable for vegans - making this recipe suitable for everyone!
Serves 4 (2 boats each)
1 pack Old El Paso Stand N Stuff Tortilla Boats
1 pack Vivera Plant Greek Style Kebab
100g Fake Away Kebab Sauce
1 red onion
100g baby plum tomatoes
4 spring onions
Handful of parsley
1. On a medium heat, fry the onion and the Vivera Kebab. Whilst this is cooking, prepare the vegetables. We've chopped spring onions and parsley and diced cucumber and tomatoes.
2. Add 100g of our Fakeaway Sugar Free Kebab Sauce to the frying pan, stirring it through.
3. Take the pan off the heat and add the cucumber and tomatoes, as well as half of the spring onions and parsley (we've kept some for the toppings).
4. Once stirred through, add the mixture to each Tortilla Boat. Once filled, sprinkle the remaining parsley and spring onions to each one. To serve, we added an extra drizzle of our Kebab sauce.
