Tasty Gluten Free Pasta and Noodles Dishes

1) Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs

Spaghetti & meatballs is an absolute classic - yet if you need to follow a gluten free diet, you often end up missing out.

So, we are bringing to you a gorgeous easy recipe that anyone can enjoy! Using our incredible Spaghetti Noodles and Vegan Shaker which are completely gluten free!

2) Chinese Takeaway Noodles

Replicate a Chinese Takeaway favourite from the comfort of your own home!

Using our Sugar Free Chinese Fakeaway Sauce, another taste sensation straight from The Skinny Food Co Kitchen, follow the below recipe to make your very own Chinese-style noodles.

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1/2 Orange Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 1-2 Nests of Dry Noodles (or noodles of choice)
  • A generous serving of our Sugar Free Chinese Curry Sauce

Method

1. Chop the tofu into chunks of your desired size. Then, chop all of the veggies.
2. Chuck the tofu pieces into a frying pan before adding in all of the vegetables. 3. While frying, add the noodles to a pan of boiling water.
4. Once veggies and tofu are nearly cooked, add our Sugar Free Chinese Curry Sauce to the pan and mix well.
5. Once the noodles are soft, drain the water off of them and then serve them on a plate.
6. Lastly, add the delicious curry to the noodles and finish off with another drizzle of curry sauce. 

3) Sweet Chilli Chicken with Gluten Free Noodles

Recreate another popular Asian-infused dish from the comfort of your own home!

Using our low sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce and Gluten Free Noodles, follow the below recipe to make your very own Sweet Chilli Chicken Noodles.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop your veggies up, ready to throw into a frying pan sprayed with our Low Calorie Cooking Spray.
  2. Before adding the veg, starting frying the diced chicken before adding the seasoning. Wait until cooked through.
  3. Add the veg, and once ready, add a large serving of our sweet chilli sauce. 
  4. Drain the water off of the noodles, and then rinse well. Then either add the noodles to the sauce mixture or add them to a second pan full of boiling water.
  5. Once ready, add to a plate before adding the chicken mix and there you have it, sweet chilli chicken noodles!

 

4) Seafood Pasta

 A hearty pasta dish and completely gluten free - you're welcome.

Add your seafood such as prawns, mussels and squid. Cook in a tomato sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

5) Gluten Free Spaghetti Carbonara

I mean, who doesn't love a Carbonara? This dish can easily be made gluten free by adding our Gluten Free Spaghetti Noodles.
