Scottish-Themed Skinny Food Co. Recipes (World Cup Edition)

1. Skinny “Full Scottish” Breakfast Wrap

A lighter take on the hearty Scottish breakfast.

Ingredients:

- Skinny Food Co. Low Sugar Tomato Ketchup

- Skinny Food Co. Virtually Zero BBQ Sauce

- Lean turkey or veggie sausage

- Scrambled eggs

- Low-fat cheese (optional)

- Wholemeal wrap

- Grilled mushrooms & tomatoes

Method:

1. Cook sausages and scramble eggs.

2. Add eggs, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes into the wrap.

3. Drizzle with Skinny Ketchup or BBQ Sauce.

4. Fold, slice, and serve warm.

Ingredients:

- Lean or veggie haggis

- Skinny High Protein Pasta

- Black pepper

- Smoked paprika (optional)

Method:

1. Cook Skinny High Protein Pasta.

2. Warm haggis and break apart.

4. Toss with the pasta.

Ingredients:

- Ice

Method:

1. Add 30–50ml mixer.

2. Top with lemonade or soda water.

3. Add ice and garnish.

Ingredients:

- Oats

- Greek yoghurt

- Raspberries

- Granola

Method:

1. Layer oats, yoghurt, raspberries.

2. Drizzle Maple Syrup.

3. Chill overnight.

4. Add granola.

Ingredients:

- Skinny Food Co. Smokey BBQ Sauce

- Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup

- Garlic powder

- Black pepper

- Chicken thighs

Method:

1. Mix marinade.

2. Coat chicken and marinate 1 hour.

3. Air fry or bake until golden.

4. Serve and enjoy!
