Here, we explore how you can use The Skinny Food Co products from our Autumn Collection in some delicious seasonal recipes!
1. Pumpkin Spiced Loaf
This delicious Pumpkin Spiced Loaf uses our incredible high protein, Gluten Free Bread Mix!
At only 55 calories per slice, this Pumpkin Spliced Loaf is an Autumn essential. We add some of our sugar free Pumpkin Spice Barista Syrup in the mix and in the icing for a gorgeous added autumnal spice.
2. No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars with Maple Syrup
Don't fancy baking but still looking for a yummy treat? Look no further than these tasty little bars!
With an oaty base layered with a smooth peanut butter & chocolate middle and then topped with crumble, these bars are deliciously moorish but lower in sugar and calories too.
3. Caramel Biscuit Coffee
Two delicious flavours combined into one amazing Barista Syrup! Completely sugar free, our zero calorie Caramel Biscuit Barista Syrup is your perfect flavoured fix.

4. Toffee Baked Crumpets
These delicious toffee apple baked crumpets are jam-packed full of autumnal flavours!
Using our zero sugar, Bonfire Toffee Barista Syrup, get your bake on because it's the perfect ingredient for Autumn!
Paired with delicious soft apple, moorish baked crumpets, and our incredible low sugar Toffee Chocaholic Spread, this recipe can be used for breakfast or dessert!
5. Gingerbread and Salted Caramel Waffles
Name a better duo than Gingerbread and Salted Caramel ... we'll wait.
Ingredients:
- 2 waffles (halved & toasted)
- 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 20ml SFC Gingerbread syrup
- 5g SFC Salted Caramel spread
- 1tsp milk chocolate chips
- 1tsp mini fudge pieces
- Sprinkling of light digestive biscuit crumbs
Method:
1. Use half of the Gingerbread Syrup to flavour the yogurt and stir through
2. Take your first waffle half and top with some of the yogurt, repeating this until you have all 4 waffle halves stacked on top of each other with a layer of yogurt inbetween each
3. Melt the Salted Caramel spread for a few seconds in the microwave and drizzle over the waffle stack
4. Next drizzle the rest of the Gingerbread syrup over
5. Finally top with the chocolate chips, mini fudge pieces and biscuit crumbs and enjoy!
