Meet Rachael! At 27, she's a busy Mum and a Nurse from Glasgow. Since beginning calorie counting in January 2020, Rachael has lost a total of 7 stone and 2 pounds - that's 100 pounds in total over 16 months! The journey has been well documented over on her Instagram - @weightlosswithrachael, sharing meal ideas, updates and inspiring before and after pictures to over 3000 followers.

Why you chose Skinny Food Co products

Skinny Food Co products appealed to me as they are low calorie. Often when calorie counting you find that normal sauces, salad dressings and syrups can be really high in calories. So the fact that all the products are low calorie was a win win for me!

 

How have they helped you?

 I have a massive sweet tooth. I love the low calorie syrups on pancakes or baked oats. You don’t feel like you are missing out and it helps satisfy any sweet cravings you might have. 

I also prep meals for work when I’m working busy shifts. I often take a big salad with me and the Skinny Food Co Southwest Sauce is one of my favourites on a salad. 

 

 

 

What is it about our products that you love? 

They taste great! At first I couldn’t believe how low calorie they were. I thought there’s got to be some sort of magic in there! The products help me save calories so that I can use them up on other things. 

 

Would you recommend us? 

Yes I do. I often recommend the Skinny Food Co products on my Instagram account and use the products in my recipes which I share. 

I also love the fact that they are available in shops. I usually pick up new products to try when I’m going round B&M. 

 

Your favourite product 

My favourite product and most used has got to be the Chocolate Syrup. I love it on baked oats for breakfast. Which I have a few times per week with fruit.
