By mixing in our Vanilla Cheesecake Drops, the cream cheese makes the most delicious filling! These tarts are just as tasty as they look - if not more!
6 sweet pastry tartlets
220g light cream cheese
10 drops of Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Drops
10g icing sugar
1. In a mixing bowl, add 220g of light cream cheese and 10 drops of Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Drops.
2. Spoon in to each pastry case, so there is an even amount added to each tartlet case.
3. Add 5g of our Skinny Food Co Low Sugar Apricot Jam to each tart.
4. Slice up your strawberries and raspberries and add these to the tart. For a finishing touch, sprinkle over 10g of icing sugar!
For each of these tartlets, there is 190 calories, 21g carbs, 9.5g of fat and 5g of protein.
