Recipe by @eat_live_love
Ingredients
5 x 15g scoops Skinny Foods Pancake Mix
100ml skimmed or almond milk
45g fat free Greek yoghurt
1 egg
1 sliced banana
3 tsp Skinny Food chocoholic spread
1 cal cooking oil spray
Directions
In a jug, combine the pancake mix, milk, yoghurt and egg to form a smooth batter. Leave for 1-2 mins
Place a frying pan on a med/high heat and spritz with a little oil spray.
Pour the pancake batter very slowly into the centre of the pan. For 10 little pancakes, keep them to around 5cm in diameter or for around 5 bigger ones, pour them to about 10cm in diameter.
Once bubbles have started to form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges are cooked, flip them over to cook on the other side.
Once you have a pile of cooked pancakes, start to stack them and spread every other with the chocolate spread and a layer of chopped banana. Serve immediately with any other toppings you like (squirty light cream with a sprinkle of chopped dark chocolate is delicious!)
