3 tsp Skinny Food Peanut Butter Syrup
75g Fat free Greek yoghurt
1 tsp milk
¼ tsp baking powder
12g Powdered peanut butter
2 tsp Low sugar jam
Icing sugar for dusting (optional)
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Blitz the oats to a fine consistency in a food blender/bullet. (This is an optional step but it makes the recipe smoother and more cake-like) Add all the remaining ingredients to the oats and fully combine.
Spritz the inside of a ramekin with the oil spray and then fill with the oaty mixture.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 mins.
Meanwhile make up 12g of powdered peanut butter with 2-3 tsp water.
Once the oats are baked, transfer from the ramekin to a plate and drizzle over the peanut butter and jam. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar if desired.
