Our Brand New Raspberry Ripple Syrup is here and it's perfect for pouring over your desserts without adding a single calorie! With a hint of smooth vanilla, this sweet raspberry syrup creates the perfect flavour for this cheesecake! 

(Serves 2)

You will need: 

4 light digestive biscuits

2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

120g light cream cheese

5 drops of SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Drops

10g SFC Raspberry Ripple Syrup

140g fresh raspberries

1 square white chocolate 


How to make: 

1. Add your biscuits to a zip-lock bag and smash these up to create your biscuit base. In a bowl, add the crumbs to to the melted coconut oil and mix together. 

2. Mix together light cream cheese with the Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Drops. Add 10g of the delicious Raspberry Ripple Syrup to this to create the yummiest topping! 

3. Add the biscuit base to your ramekin and pat down with a spoon to smooth it over. Then add the cream mixture to the top. 

4. Top the dessert with the fresh raspberries for that extra fruity punch and grate the white chocolate over the top for a sweet treat. Dig in and enjoy! 



These gorgeous desserts are only 296 calories, 27g of carbs, 16g of fat and 7g of protein.
