Raspberry Hot Cross Bun Cheesecake Bake

 

Using three of our best-selling products, this dessert is the perfect low sugar dessert, ready in minutes and tastes amazing. Using our Vanilla Cheesecake sugar free, zero calorie Flavour Drops, this cheesecake- style filling is a great homemade dessert to give you a break from all the Easter eggs. We couldn't think of a better way to enjoy our brand new White Chocolate and Raspberry Chocoholic Spread than mixed in with some fresh raspberries and our Low Sugar Raspberry Jam, making this the ideal low sugar and low calorie breakfast or dessert! 

(Serves 4)

You will need:

4 low fat / low calorie hot cross buns (we used Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself)

200g light cream cheese

225g raspberries

10 drops SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Flavour Drops

100ml semi skimmed milk 

2 large eggs

20g SFC White Chocolate Raspberry Chocaholic Spread

20g SFC Raspberry Jam 

Method: 

1. In a bowl, mix together 200g of light cream cheese, half of the raspberries and 10 drops of Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Flavour Drops.

2. Spread this mixture over sliced hot cross buns and sandwich these back together. Add the 4 hot cross buns to a grease proof paper-lined baking tray. 

3. Crack 2 large eggs into a mixing bowl and pour in 100ml of semi -skimmed milk. Pour this into the baking tray, ensuring the bottom of the tray and the hot cross buns have been covered with the mix. 

4. Add the remaining raspberries into the tray and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. 

5. Once cooked, drizzle over 20g of our brand new White Chocolate Raspberry Chocoholic Spread and for the finishing touch, add another 20g of our Low Sugar Raspberry Jam

Best served warm, this delicious Easter treat is great for the whole family to enjoy. 

For one serving of this fruity cheesecake bake, there is only 351 calories! This also contains 46g of carbs, 12g of fat and 13g of protein! It's a great spin on an ordinary cheesecake, perfect for Easter!
