Using our Zero Calorie Raspberry Ripple Syrup, you can add the refreshing, sweet flavours of raspberry and vanilla to your breakfast, but adding no sugar and no calories.
1. Add 125g of light cream cheese to a bowl with 30ml of Skinny Food Co Raspberry Ripple Syrup.
2. Mix this together, and sieve the icing sugar into the bowl, stirring this through (leave a small amount of icing sugar to sprinkle over the croissants later).
3. Slice open 4 croissants, spooning in the cream cheese mixture.
4. Top the cream cheese with fresh raspberries and close the croissants. To serve, top the dish with the remaining icing sugar.
