Pitta Pizzas 

These pitta pizzas are so easy to make and make the perfect serving size if you're cooking for one! You can top them in a variety of ways with your favourite pizza toppings but the absolute must is using our incredible low sugar Fakeaway Pizza Sauce! It makes the perfect base for any pizza that's for sure!

Serves 1

What you will need:

  • 1 pitta bread
  • 20ml Fakeaway Pizza Sauce
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • Few basil leaves
  • 20g light cheddar

How to make:

1. First preheat your grill to 180 degrees

2. Now pop your pitta bread in a toaster for around 1 minute just until it's ever so slightly toasted

3. Take your tomato puree and spread it out evenly over the pitta bread and then do the same with the Fakeaway Pizza Sauce

4. Tear your basil leaves and add these to the pitta, then sprinkle over your cheese

5. Now halve your cherry tomatoes and add these too

6. Place your pitta bread on a tray and grill in the oven for around a minute, just until the cheese has melted

7. Wait for your pitta to cool slightly before slicing width ways into 4 strips, tuck in and enjoy!

8. You could even dip it into more Fakeaway Pizza Sauce for extra deliciousness!
