Nutty Raspberry Yogurt Cups

Yoghurt Cups
Love yogurt, raspberries and peanut butter? Then this recipe is perfect for you! So simple to make, just with a few hours freezing time, these can be made in advance for those gorgeous hotter days.
Makes 12
You will need:
- 400g Fat Free Natural Yogurt
- 10 Drops of SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Gourmet Drops
- 150g Frozen Raspberries
- 120g SFC Crunchy Peanut Butter
- Handful of freeze dried raspberries

How to make:
- In a bowl, add the Vanilla Cheesecake Drops to the yogurt and mix through.
- Now add the frozen raspberries and stir through until you have a nice pink marble through the yogurt.
- Take a cupcake tray lined with cupcake cases and divide the yogurt mixture evenly into each case, pressing down on the mixture until it has covered the inside of the case evenly and you have a nice level, smooth top.
- Set these in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Once out of the freezer, add the Crunchy Peanut Butter to the top of each yogurt cup, smoothing out to the edges.
- Sprinkle over the freeze dried raspberries onto each cup and pop back in the freezer for a further 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, take out of the freezer and set aside for 15 minutes (or longer depending on how soft you want them to be) and then enjoy!
