Mini Raspberry Tarts

A delicious sweet treat to pair with your daily cup of coffee, or an amazing dessert to show off to your friends at a Summer evening dinner party, these Mini Chocolate Raspberry Tarts are truly irresistible! How they look isn't even the best part about them - they're super quick and easy and are low in sugar too as they use our Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread. With 92% less sugar than other brands on the market, making this switch will save you on sugar consumption! Our spread is also completely palm oil free, meaning it's great for you and the environment - what more could you ask for?

18 mini sweet pastry cases - for this recipe we've used Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Sweet Pastry Cases as they are suitable for vegetarians and low in calories!

Chocaholic Sweet Mini Tarts

How to make Raspberry Tarts:

1. Fill each pastry case with the Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread -  we would recommend popping this into the microwave for a few seconds each time until you get your desired consistency.

2. Once filled, top each tart with a juicy raspberry and place in the freezer for around 10 minutes to allow the chocoholic spread to set.

3. For that extra finishing touch, pour 20g icing sugar into a sieve and sprinkle this on top of all tarts.
