Iced Vanilla Coffee Recipe
The perfect blend of strong and rich coffee mixed with our French Vanilla Barista Syrup offers a great drink for those looking for a sweet coffee without the added sugars.
For this recipe, we use:
- 2 Tsps ground coffee
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 200ml Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- A handful of ice cubes
Method:
In a tall glass, add your ice cubes.
Meanwhile, boil the kettle and in a separate mug mix 50ml of hot water with your ground coffee
Pour over the coffee into the iced glass and pump in 10ml of Vanilla Syrup (If using our Coffee Syrup Pump use two pumps)
Finally, stir in 200ml of the Vanilla Coffee Creamer.
Optionally:
If you're looking to create a luxurious cold coffee experience, or create a perfect coffee for the experienced coffee drinker then why not add squirty cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Iced Caramel Latte
Made with our sweet caramel syrup, the iced caramel latte is a fan-favourite Coffee over ice recipe. This can be made as both a milky coffee or a black coffee depending on the strength desired.
For this recipe, we've used our Skinny Coffee Granules (Instant Coffee) mixed with our Skinny Caramel Syrup and paired with a milk alternative of your choice.

Mocha Versions

A Mocha is a classic combination of the sweetness of chocolate, mixed with the strength of coffee, a classic combination that's made to be a hybrid of hot chocolate and a late, but best of all, Iced Mocha combine all three making it a sweet and delicious iced chocolate cold brew coffee.
To make your favourite low-calorie Mocha, why not use our Mocha Creamer, replacing dairy products making it a great option for vegan-friendly diets alongside being a low-calorie alternative?
Ingredients:
- 2 Tsp coffee granules
- 200ml Mocha Creamer
- A handful of iced cubes
- 10ml Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Syrup of your choice.
Method:
- For this recipe, we used a classic cocktail shaker to make the perfect blended coffee.
- Add your ice cubes to the shaker
- Pour in 200ml Mocha Creamer
- Add 10ml Chocaholic Syrup (We used Chocaholic Drops, for a classic chocolate flavour, however, this recipe works really well with caramel chocolate & chocolate orange)
- Mix your coffee granules with 50ml of hot water then combine in the shaker
- Shake well
- Pour into a tall glass, or reusable coffee cup to have on the go.
