Epic Chocolate Baked Crumpets

Our followers LOVE a baked crumpet ... and then we re branded our Chocaholic Drops and you guys LOVED them too! So ... we thought, why not combine the both and add in our famous low sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread just for good measure?! This means we ended up creating the most delicious chocolate baked breakfast you will ever find and we think you're going to LOVE it! 

Serves 1

You will need:

How to make:

1. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees fan.

2. Cut your crumpets in half and now in a bowl, whisk together your egg, milk & Vanilla Cheesecake Drops.

3. Now dip each half of your crumpet in the egg mixture until they have absorbed as much as possible.

4. Take an oven proof single serve dish and layer the crumpets into the dish, pouring over any remaining mixture.

5. Bake the crumpets for 20-25 minutes until starting to look golden.

6. Allow the crumpets to cool slightly before drizzling over your Chocaholic Spread, Chocolate Syrup and scattering over your Chocaholic Drops.

7. Serve and enjoy!
