1. Iced Dalgona Coffee
Made famous by the Tik Tok craze, our Iced Dalgona Coffee is super easy to replicate at home. Our recipe uses Minor Figures Oat Milk and a splash of our sugar free Butterscotch Barista Coffee Syrup for that bit of extra flavour.
Ingredients
Serves 1- 1 tbsp coffee granules
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 10ml SFC Butterscotch Barista Coffee Syrup
- Handful of ice
- 200ml Minor Figures Oat Milk
Method
- In a large bowl, add your coffee granules, caster sugar and hot water and using an electric whisk, which together until you are left with a frothy coffee foam (this may take a while - patience is key!)
- In a glass, add your ice and pour over your Oat Milk
- Now add in your sugar free Butterscotch Barista Coffee Syrup
- Using a spoon, spoon the coffee foam on top of the ice and milk and smooth out and there you have it! … The perfect dalgona coffee!

2. Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Autumn is just around the corner which can only mean one thing, it's Pumpkin Spiced Latte season! Make your own with our sugar free Pumpkin Spiced Barista Syrup and live your autumn fantasy!
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 2 tsp coffee granules
- 10ml SFC Pumpkin Spice Barista Coffee Syrup
- 200ml almond milk
- 12.5g light squirty cream
- 2g Gold shimmer sprinkles
Method
- Boil the kettle and dissolve your coffee granules in a little hot water
- Whilst these are dissolving, warm through your milk in the microwave until your desired temperature is reached
- In a latte glass, add your sugar free Pumpkin Spice Barista Coffee Syrup before topping with the warm milk
- Now add in your dissolved coffee granules (you can either stir the coffee through the milk or leave as it is for a marbled effect in the milk!)
- Top with the light squirty cream and sprinkle over your shimmer sprinkles and you’re done! Enjoy!

3. Salted Caramel and Vanilla Coffee
Combine sweet and savoury with our deliciously irresistible Salted Caramel and Vanilla coffee.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 tsp coffee granules
- 10ml SFC Salted Caramel & Vanilla Barista Coffee Syrup
- 30ml SFC Caramel Creamer
- 20g light squirty cream
- 10ml SFC Salted Caramel & Vanilla Syrup
Method
- Boil the kettle and add your coffee granules to a mug
- Pour in the water to two thirds of the way, then add your Salted Caramel & Vanilla Barista Coffee Syrup and Caramel Creamer and mix really well with a spoon
- Top your coffee with the light squirty cream
- Finally add a drizzle of Salted Caramel & Vanilla Syrup and enjoy!
