Chocolate Strawberry Puff Rectangles

 

We're back with another super easy chocolatey recipe for you! A delicious combo of our Low Sugar Strawberry Jam and Low Sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread make the perfect topping for these puff pastry snacks! Add in slices of fresh strawberries for an extra fruity and juicy flavour with every bite! 

Makes 8

You will need: 

1 sheet light puff pastry

80g Skinny Food Co Strawberry Jam

200g strawberries

40g Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread

 

How to make: 

 1.Roll out the sheet of puff pastry and slice into 8 equal rectangles - we went straight down the middle landscape ways first! 

2. Add the pastry to a lined baking tray and spread over 10g of Low Sugar Strawberry Jam on each pastry. Roll over each end to create a crust. 

3. Place 9 strawberry slices on each rectangle, in rows of 3. 

4. Bake on a 200 degree heat for 25 minutes so the pastry is golden brown. 

5. Drizzle over 5g of our Low Sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread and serve! 

Melt the Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread in the microwave for 10 second intervals until it has reached your desired consistency.

For each pastry rectangle there are 163 calories, 22g of carbs, 8g of fat and 2g of protein.
