Meet Paul
I had struggled with my weight my whole life really.
Multiple failed diets and a poor poor relationship with emotional eating took its toll heavily on my physical and mental health.
I'd lost huge amounts of weight before including my first over 100lbs weight loss in 2015 where I lost 118lbs, but every time I put it all back on again with interest.
I hit rock bottom December 2021, my weight was at a point where my scales said error, the max weight was 155.7kgs (24st 7lb). My mental state was terrible, I had sleep Apnoea and various health conditions.
I decided I needed to change for my wife and kids, they needed a Dad who would do things with them and wasn't always too tired, my wife needed a husband who wasn't always complaining that he felt terrible, and I needed to become somebody who I could be proud of.
December 6th 2021 was the start of my final weight loss journey, I got myself an online coach to keep me accountable and help me on my journey.
We got straight to work and I have been laser-focused on my goals, I have learnt to control my emotional eating, I have been studying the whole way through and got my qualifications and I am now an online fat loss coach myself. I have currently lost 78kg (170lbs) and I weigh 77kgs.

I use the BBQ sauce to make my favourite hunters chicken meal, and the salted caramel on my oats!

The Skinny Food Co has been amazing, swapping out sauces and syrups for the skinny foods variety has been an absolute game changer. People think that dieting has to be boring but it really doesn't.
To lose fat you need to put yourself in a calorie deficit, and using Skinny Food Co products makes this so much easier, and keeps your meals tasty and interesting.
What would you say to others who wish to achieve their goals?
After my photoshoot, I'm looking to compete in a transformation bodybuilding competition and show people that no matter how far gone you think you are, you can turn it around and become anything you want to be.
