What is Pancake Day?

Shrove Day falls on the day before Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of Lent for Christians.

The exact date changes yearly, but Shrove Tuesday is always 47 days before Easter Sunday

Low-Sugar Pancakes

With our pancake mix, you can whip up a batch of 10 pancakes - and each one only contains 27 calories!

Here’s how: 

  • Add 40ml of milk or water to a bowl

  • Add one tablespoon (15g) of pancake mix to the bowl and mix until smooth and lump-free

  • Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray. 

  • Put the pan over a high heat

  • Leave the mixture to settle for 30-60 seconds, then pour into the boiling hot frying pan

  • Cook the pancakes gently for one and a half minutes on each side, until golden brown on both sides

  • Drizzle with your favourite Skinny Syrup and enjoy!
