Where’s my order?

It will take 3-5 working days to dispatch your order from the warehouse. Please note that our warehouse is closed on the weekends.

Please wait 14 working days before getting in touch regarding the delivery of your order.

Who uses our products?

We are proud to say our products are accessible to everyone.

We cater to diabetics, those who have food intolerances such as Lactose Intolerant, Gluten Intolerant, and those who are counting the calories or following a specific diet.

The Skinny Food products are low sugar, sugar free, low calorie, zero calorie, gluten free, keto friendly, suitable for vegetarians and vegan, palm oil free but most of all - delicious.

We pride ourselves in creating exciting products that are deliciously healthy but do not compromise on flavour. 

The Skinny Food Co are on a mission to challenge the idea that healthy food CAN be great tasting.

How can I create an account?

You can create an account with us at the checkout, just make sure you’re not checking out as a ‘guest’ - because we’ll miss you way too much.

Alternatively in the footer of our site you can click 'account' and login or register here.

Can I use more than one discount and use points at the same time?

You cannot use loyalty points and a code at the same time, we are sorry about this :( 

You can also only use ONE discount code at a time at checkout.

When is your Shop open?

Our Skinny Shop is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, which is based at our Head Office in Nottingham.

Where can I find product ingredients?

You’ll be able to view ingredients and nutritional information for all products on each individual product description on our website and on the packaging.

Where do I find my points?

You can view how many points you have on the widget at the bottom right hand side of your mobile or desktop screen.

Your total points can be used towards any order on the website.

Can I choose my free gift?

You cannot choose your free gift, but we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Do you have a Clearance Section?

We have a ‘Clearance’ section on the website which you can access here.

Please note our Clearance section includes some products that are short dated.

Where are you based?

Our Head Office is based in Sunny Nottingham UK, the Robin Hood capital of the world.

What does ‘Skinny’ mean?

When we say Skinny, we’re talking about our food. Skinny because of the Sugar we take away. Skinny because of the calories we reduce down to virtually zero. That’s the only Skinny we care about.

Why have you developed zero calorie and low calorie products?

We are just a group of people who were unhappy at how many condiments and foods were widely unavailable for so many people.
Due to the additional nasties included in common products, we wanted to develop healthy alternatives to these products to encourage a healthier lifestyle - without compromising on flavour.

Do your products contain gluten, egg and soy?

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Delivery FAQs

Where can I find the delivery information?

Please visit our Delivery Page to view our delivery page with all information on our despatch timeframes and delivery timeframes once despatched.

Will I be kept updated on the process of my order?

Yes, we will email you your order confirmation and an ‘order despatched email to notify you when your order has left the building.

We also give you the option to have SMS updates if you select this option.

Who do you deliver with?

We use different delivery companies depending on the size of the order. Our main delivery companies are; Royal Mail and APC Overnight (Courier).

What happens if I am out when the delivery arrives?

If the parcel is too large to fit through the letterbox, you will be left a calling card by our delivery companies with instructions of how to obtain your order.

Is my delivery sent as tracked/signed for?

Yes, we send all orders tracked. This allows us to ensure your order has been delivered.
