  1. To Start - Cut & Peel your potatoes and slice them into chips. Place them on a baking tray lined with tin foil.
  2. Spray lightly with cooking oil, sprinkle with salt & black pepper and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6 until golden brown.
  3. Once golden brown remove from the oven and top with your pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni slices and any other pizza toppings you would like.
  4. Place back into the oven for a further 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
  5. Serve your Pizza Fries alongside a side salad, and some garlic bread or simply enjoy them on their own.
