How To Make Oreo Brownies

 

Delicious chocolatey brownies, layered with yummy Oreos and drizzled in chocolate, what's not to like?! We use our incredible low calorie, low sugar Chocolate Brownie Mix to make this recipe super simple and drizzle our 92% less sugar Chocaholic Hazelnut Spread over the top, meaning not only do these brownies taste delicious, they're healthier for you too! Quick to make, enjoy them as a snack, on the go or as a dessert!

What you will need:

How to make:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking tin with baking paper

2. In a bowl, mix together Chocolate Brownie Mix, egg, water and oil; this is your brownie batter

3. Pour half of the mixture into your lined tin before layering 9 Oreo thins evenly on top

4. Now pour the remaining brownie batter over the top and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until a cocktail stick comes out with only moist crumbs attached

5. Allow the brownies to cool and melt your Chocaholic Spread a little in the microwave (only for a few seconds at a time) before drizzling all over the brownies

6. Take the remaining 2 Oreo thins, crush them and sprinkle over the tops of the brownies

7. Cut your brownies into 9 single servings, serve and enjoy!
