Air Fryers - Your Secret Weapon for Delicious Low-Calorie Meals
Are you tempted to buy a new air fryer?
An air fryer is a smart investment for health-conscious cooks, whatever your diet, weight loss or fitness goals.
Around 9.8 million households in the UK already own an air fryer, but if you’re yet to buy one, here are a few reasons why they’re the latest kitchen craze:
- They use hot air circulation to cook food, producing crispy, delicious dishes.
- Air-fried food requires less oil than traditional frying methods, which means many dishes you cook are better for you.
- They use less energy than an electric oven, as they are smaller and heat up more quickly.
Here are four tasty, low-calorie air fryer recipe ideas to get you started with your new gadget.
