Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to complete a returns form with your returned item to be eligible. Failure to comply to these terms can lead to your refund being rejected. Download the returns form here.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. Please notify us within 14 days and return of the goods may be required within 30 days.

With the exception of items that are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund on your original shipping cost where the items are returned.

Any products being sold at a price less than their full RRP shall be considered to be sold at a sale price and this can be a result of, but not limited to; short shelf life, excess stock or online promotion. We cannot offer a refund on sale items purchased as part of a sale for the reasons above unless the product is returned in full and in an unused condition for resale. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
