Make Your Own Mixed Berry Baked Oats
Low Calorie Baked Oats
Start as you mean to go on. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Both of these sayings, however cliché, are completely and utterly true. And this recipe does exactly what they tell you to.
We LOVE sweet breakfasts, but sometimes they leave you reaching for the biscuit tin mid-morning. These baked oats satisfy your sugar cravings and leave you full for longer, stopping the mid-morning munchies!
Frozen berries are great to have stocked-up as they’re low-calorie, loaded with antioxidants and high in fibre. Pair this with the protein-rich oats, our zero calorie syrups and healthy fats in almonds - you have a winning combination!

- 3 tbsp of our Zero Calorie Butterscotch Syrup
- 30g chopped almonds
- 100g frozen berries

How To Make Baked Oats
- Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a small rectangle tin. If you have a silicone one, even better!
- In one bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, chopped almonds and baking powder.
- In a second bowl, mix the almond milk, butterscotch syrup and the flavour drops.
- Next, add the majority of frozen berries into the bottom of the tin and then scatter over the dry ingredients.
- Once you’ve done this, pour the wet mixture gently on top and scatter the remaining berries to finish.
- Place in the oven and bake for roughly 25 minutes or until the oats are golden brown.
- Serve with some Greek yogurt and an extra drizzle of butterscotch syrup for a filling, tasty breakfast.
