How To: FakeAway ® Indian Curry

Ingredients:
1 Tin of Chickpeas
1 Large Sweet Potato
½ Butternut Squash
1 Handful of Mushrooms
Our FakeAway® Indian Curry Sauce
Coriander to Garnish
Directions:
- Boil sweet potato and butternut squash chunks until soft. Then, wash and boil the chickpeas.
- Cut up the mushrooms into small segments and fry them off using our Low Cal Cooking Spray until golden brown.
- Add the cooked butternut squash and sweet potato chunks to the frying pan, then add in a generous amount of our FakeAway ® Indian Curry Sauce.
- Mix together nicely, then serve with your choice of rice, before adding a garnish of coriander…and voila!
