The HEALTHY "BIG MAC" Is Here - theskinnyfoodco

Do you love a big burger? Do you find yourself craving a Big Mac, Byron, KFC, GBK, Burger King and so on? Well, now you can enjoy one even more so with our Low Sugar Fake Away® Burger Sauce! We are so happy to be able to help our customers enjoy their favourite meals without worrying about the health repercussions. This blog will hopefully show you an example recipe of how to use the sauce. We have made this vegetarian burger so that it is accessible to all, however if you enjoy a meat burger then it is easily swapped in!


You will need the following:

- A burger (vegetarian, vegan or meat)

- A Burger Bun

- Salad of your choice (we have used lettuce, red onion and tomato) 

Fake Away® Burger Sauce

- Cheese slice


A Big Mac is 550 calories, however our burger is only 430 calories with much better macros:

430 calories

39g carbs

17g fat

33g protein 


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Chop salad 
  • Toast burger buns 
  • Place the cheese slice onto the burger in the pan. Place the pan into the oven to melt the cheese.
