This delicious breakfast crumble combines 4 of our best selling products, is so simple to make and tastes incredible! Flavoured with our sugar free French Vanilla Barista Coffee Syrup and topped with our dairy free Custard syrup and low sugar Raspberry Jam, this recipe not only tastes amazing but is also vegan! You can opt to have this for breakfast, or mix it up and have it for dessert ... the choice is yours!

What you will need:
- 200g frozen raspberries & blueberries
- 25g SFC Porridge Oats
- 25g self raising flour
- 10ml melted coconut oil
- 10ml SFC French Vanilla Barista Coffee Syrup
- 20g SFC Raspberry Jam
- 40ml SFC Custard Syrup
Blueberry & Raspberry Crumble Recipe
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan
2. In a mixing bowl, add your oats, flour, coconut oil and French Vanilla Barista Coffee Syrup and using a spoon, combine fully until it forms an oaty crumble
3. Take a single serve oven proof dish (a pie dish would work) and add your frozen raspberries and blueberries
4. Now top the fruit with your oaty crumble, spreading as evenly as you can
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and when ready, remove and allow to cool a little
6. Now top with your Raspberry Jam and Custard Syrup, dig in and enjoy!
