In our delicious homemade stir fry, we're going to be using some skinless chicken breasts accompanied by our Skinny Konjac Noodles paired with our delicious Sweet Chilli Sauce and some healthy vegetables and even a grating of fresh ginger for the ultimate fresh taste.

How To Make a Healthy Stir Fry 

 

Method:

Once you have all your ingredients ready to go, heat up a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil, or alternatively use our 1kcal Spray Oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes until they are cooked through.

Next, add in your vegetables and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Then, add in your Skinny Konjac Noodles and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is cooked through.

Finally, add in your Skinny Sweet Chilli Sauce or Skinny Sriracha Hot Sauce and stir fry for another minute. Serve your low-calorie stir fry with some fresh herbs and enjoy!
