Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips With Toffee Dip
Cinnamon and Sugar Tortillas
If you love traditional churros then you are going to love these sweet tortilla chips! Dusted in cinnamon sugar, we pair them with the most incredible toffee dip using our dairy free Caramel Creamer and 92% less sugar Toffee Chocaholic Spread. Add strawberries and other fresh fruit and you have yourself the perfect sharing dessert with family and friends! A definite dinner party pleaser!
Serves 4
What you will need for the chips:
- 3 regular size tortilla wraps
- 10g light butter (melted)
- 20g caster sugar (can use granulated sweetener instead)
- 10g cinnamon powder
What you will need for the dip:
- 300g fat free Greek yogurt
- 20ml SFC Caramel Creamer
- 30g SFC Toffee Chocaholic Spread
How to make:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Cut your tortilla wraps into equal sized triangles, place on the baking trap and brush the melted butter over each one
3. In a bowl, mix together your sugar and cinnamon and using a spoon, sprinkle this over each tortilla triangle
4. Place in the oven to cook for 5-10 minutes until golden and crisp
5. Whilst the chips are cooking, stir together your yogurt, Caramel Creamer and Toffee Chocaholic Spread - this is your Toffee Dip
6. Once the chips are ready, allow them to cool before dipping into your Toffee Dip and enjoying! Serve with fresh strawberries to dip too! Yummy!
