Christmas Rice Krispie Cakes

Well, this recipe is perfect for foodies & Christmas lovers, combining our two biggest loves, we've created the Christmas Rice Krispie Cake Bites or better known as our Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings!
This recipe is beyond easy to make and is perfect for getting the little ones involved in your holiday baking.

Ingredients:
255g Rice Krispies
200g Dark Chocolate
2 Bags Marshmallows
Tubes of coloured icing for decorating (Green & Red)

How To Make:
Step 1: Melt the chocolate mix in the microwave in bursts of 20 seconds to ensure no burning occurs
Step 2: In a separate heatproof bowl repeat the same with the marshmallow mixture
Step 3: Add your rice cereal (Rice Krispies) to the melted marshmallows and begin mixing with a wooden spoon until the mixture coats the Rice Krispie cereal.
Step 4: Pour in the melted milk chocolate mixture and take your wooden spoon to combine once more until completely covered and chocolatey.
Step 5: Now for the fun part, kids and adults it's time to get stuck in! begin by taking small chunks of your Rice Krispie mixture in your hands and rolling them into balls (aim for the size of a golf ball) and set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Pour out your Chocaholic White Chocolate Spread and heat for 20 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 7: Dunk the top of the crispy cakes into the white chocolate mixture
Step 8: Return to the fridge for an additional 10 minutes to set before decorating
Step 9: Using your tubes of coloured icing pipe holly leaves on the top of your chocolatey cakes
