Cherry Bakewell Cocktail
Who doesn't love a Cherry Bakewell tart? This classic British cake has to be a favourite amongst many of us, but what if we said we could make it into a delicious (AND HEALTHY) Cocktail? It's really easy to do and won't require many ingredients, we promise this will easily become one of your favourite cocktails.Â
This sophisticated cocktail comes with a topped maraschino cherry, and a sugar rim and is packed with a cherry and almond infusion designed to inspire your taste buds.Â

Cherry Bakewell Cocktail Ingredients:Â
- A Handful of Ice cubesÂ
- 50ml Amaretto (Or alternative almond liqueur)
- 25ml Cherry Bakewell SyrupÂ
- 1 Tbsp Lemon JuiceÂ
- 300ml Quality Lemonade
- Optional Toppings include: Almond Sugar Rim, Cocktail Cherries or Lemon Wedges

How to Rim a Glass With SugarÂ
If you're deciding to get a bit creative with your cocktail making, and looking to become the perfect mixologist in time for the party, then adding a sugar rim takes any basic cherry Bakewell cocktail, to the next level of cocktail professional standard.Â
In order to get the sugar to stick to your glass you'll need to wet the rim, you can do this using a variety of ingredients from:Â
- WaterÂ
- Icing SugarÂ
- Lime Juice
- Pineapple JuiceÂ
- Syrup
- Chocolate SauceÂ

Cherry Bakewell Cocktail Recipe
- Fill your glass with 2/3rds of the cubed ice
- Add 50ml AmarettoÂ
- Stir in 25ml of our Skinny Food Co Sweet Cherry Bakewell Tart SyrupÂ
- Â Squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon into your cocktail glass and top it with sweet lemonade.Â
- Place a few cocktail cherries onto a small skewer and balance on the cocktail glass rim
