Meet Jenny

Since giving birth to my youngest daughter, I gained weight, and reached my heaviest weight.  I began noticing physical health changes, I began aching and hurting and my asthma, which hadn’t usually been a problem, was now more noticeable, finally I had then discovered I had gallstones. 

This pushed me to make changes in my life, and say goodbye to alcohol & fattening foods. 

I began loosing weight, which gave me the confidence to return to the gym.

Why did you choose to use the Skinny Food Co products?

After I started to lose weight, I began watching various YouTube Channels that encouraged fitness, health & well-being, and noticed a few of the influencers I watched talk about The Skinny Food Co Products

It was so nice to see that I was able to eat things that I had been actively avoiding, like chocolate and other sweet treats.

I’m 10 stone now, losing over 4 stone since my weight-loss journey and I couldn’t be happier, just being able to have something sweet every day makes me feel like I’m not even watching what I eat.
