Ingredients:
- 1 packet SFC Edible Cookie Dough
- 25ml coconut oil (melted)
- 45ml water
- 120g SFC Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
- 200g Dark Chocolate

- Lightly grease a muffin tray and add an equal amount of the cookie dough to each muffin hole
- Now press down the cookie dough with your fingers until you have an even layer in each
- Using a spoon, layer each cookie dough base with the peanut butter and then place the muffin tray in the freezer for 1-3 hours until the peanut butter has fully set
- Once out of the freezer, melt the dark chocolate and pour over each layer of peanut butter (be careful to spread the chocolate out quickly so that it fully covers the top of each cup)
