How to use the Low Sugar Pancake Mix

Add 40ml of milk or water to a cup/bowl.
Then add 1 tablespoon (15g) and mix/whisk until the formula is consistent and lump-free. 

Leave to rest for 30-60 seconds before adding to a boiling hot frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray.  Cook gently for one and a half minutes on each side until evenly golden brown on both sides.  Enjoy with Skinny Syrup poured on top. 
1 large tablespoon weighs and makes 1 pancake.
