The Skinny Food Co Customer Review: EP 5 Robyn
Skinny Food Co products have been a great helping hand for Robyn’s health journey. Working as a Beauty Therapist, Robyn used a combination of healthy swaps, good food and exercise on her journey and we're so happy to see just how happy Robyn is too!
Adding our Hazelnut Chocoholic Spread to toast allowed Robyn to carry on enjoying sweet breakfasts, without losing out on flavour. Our spreads are so versatile, and a great way to still get your chocolate fix, without worrying about excessive sugar consumption. Our Chocoholic Spread was the perfect addition to Robyn's breakfasts. Containing 92% less sugar than other brands, and is palm oil free, this spread is great for anyone looking to swap to healthier alternatives. If chocolate isn't your go to for sweet treats, our Golden and Maple Zero Calorie Sugar Free Syrups work perfectly too. Using our spread on baked oats proved a huge success for Robyn, and not just in nutrition, but taste also.
Baked oats have become increasingly popular recently, especially over on Instagram; Click here to see our very own Cherry Bakewell and White Chocolate Baked Oats!
Making easy swaps means calorie counting doesn’t have to be dull or even having to eat the same things daily. Now with over 200 products, there is so much choice that no meal has to be the same! Like Robyn, we absolutely love our Garlic and Herb dip, the perfect swap from bigger brands, this sauce contains Virtually Zero Calorie* and is sugar free. This swap seems like an absolute no brainer – compared to a Dominoes Garlic and Herb dip, which contains a whopping 675 calories per 100g. This means you would have to consume almost 52 100g portions of Skinny Food Co.’s Garlic and Herb sauce to have even near the same number of calories!
Not only have Skinny Food Co products been a great addition to mealtimes through her journey, but as a result of her amazing change, Robyn has since climbed two fells in Cumbria, which is a huge achievement!
Robyn’s incredible transformation has also been helped through online coaching – a way to still get the same amazing results, but in your own time and in your own space. It’s a great way to get into exercise, whilst trying new sports and routines. Robyn's routine existed of cardio and strengthening, but also allowed her to try boxing.
Boxing is an effective way to get into shape and it can be fun too! The movements require strength from all areas of the body - upper, lower and core to be engaged and get the muscles working! A great way to relieve stress, release endorphins and improve stamina, boxing is a useful sport to focus on a positive mindset and maintain a healthy bodyweight. There are so many great benefits to get involved with online coaching and giving new sports a go is a great way to still have fun whilst working out, so why not give it a try this Summer and let us know what you think!
