For the days when you're feeling low in energy, need a tasty pick me up or fancy a low carb snack, this recipe is the one for you! A combination of healthy fats, a binder and delicious flavours, they'll keep you feeling fuller for longer whilst satisfying those taste buds! Not only will this recipe keep you in a ketosis-state, but it's also Vegan! Vegans can remain in a ketosis by sticking to high-fat, plant-based products like coconut oil, seeds and nuts!
Fat Bombs Recipe
You will need:
- 240g desiccated coconut
- 120ml melted coconut oil
- 120g finely chopped almonds
- 240g Skinny Food Co Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Skinny Food Co Coconut Delight Flavour Drops to sweeten
How to make:
- Blend 1/2 of the desiccated coconut & all other ingredients until mixture is creamy & smooth.
- Put the mixture in the freezer for 15 mins before rolling into 1 inch balls.
- Roll the balls in the remaining desiccated coconut for an extra finishing touch! It's as easy as that!
