Meet Stacey, 

I've been married for 12 years, to the love of my life, and live happily with our wire haired dachshund Digby. I work as a beauty specialist and for as long as I can remember throughout my life I have always been on some kind of diet. 

Since starting my diet I've lost almost 5 stone, but for me it's not about goal weight, it's about how I want to feel within myself! 

Why did you choose to use the Skinny Food Co products?

I have such a sweet tooth, so I instantly wanted to try The Skinny Food Co's Chocolate spreads and snack pots. 

In most of the diets I have tried I've always felt like I've had to reduce the amount of sweet things I eat, but with The Skinny Food Co I still had all my favourite options. 

Calorie Counting for me was what really worked, and The Skinny Food Co was really easy to incorporate into this diet.

• Chocolate Salted Caramel Snack Pots - These are perfect on-the-go sweet snacks, salted caramel flavour is my favourite!
• Chocolate Duo Spread - Again, I have such a love for chocolate this was a no brainer and definitely one of my favourites
• Chocaholic Chocolate Drops - They're just like the big named brands except with far less sugar. 

How has Skinny Food Co helped you achieve your goals?

I've been able to keep to my diet, track what I eat and still enjoy foods. I haven't felt like I've had to give up anything, continuing to enjoy sweet treats with fewer calories and sugars. 

What would you say to others who wish to achieve their goals?

 Keep to it. 

The best thing that I've done is track everything I eat, as it gives me an indication each day as to what I can have and where I can spare my extra calories, the good thing about Skinny Food Co products is they're all so low in calories you can actually have a few treats a day!
