Porridge Muffins
Do you sometimes find that breakfast can be boring and repetitive? You need these muffins in your life! A delicious combination of oats, apple and cinnamon with a delicious salted caramel centre makes for the ultimate breakfast muffin that can be eaten on the go too!

Ingredients
- 3 chopped apples (leave skin on)
- 2 large eggs
- 50ml milk
- 5 drops SFC Vanilla Cheesecake Drops
- 150g Porridge Oats
- 50g self raising flour
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 45g SFC Salted Caramel Spread
How To Make Salted Caramel Muffins
- Combine the chopped apple (reserving a handful for later) with all the wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients and mix well
- Grease a muffin tin with SFC spray oil
- Add 1/2 the mixture to 9 muffin holes
- Add 5g of salted caramel spread to the middle of each muffin
- Top with the rest of the mixture
- Sprinkle over the left over apple and a few more porridge oats
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden
- Leave to cool a little before serving and ENJOY!
