 Waffle Pudding Recipe

A perfect mix of creamy chocolate, and tart black cherries, this waffle pudding is a delicious sweet treat to enjoy! We've used our Low Sugar Black Cherry Jam which has 93% less sugar than other brands in the market - perfect for everyone, including those with diabetes! Serves 1

You Will Need:

2 toasting waffles

1 large egg

50ml no sugar almond milk 

30g frozen cherries

40g Skinny Food Co Black Cherry Jam

10g Skinny Food Co White Chocaholic Spread

5ml Skinny Food Co Vanilla Cheesecake Flavour Drops

Waffle Pudding

How to make: 

1. Crack 1 large egg into a mixing bowl, adding in 50ml of sugar free almond milk and a couple of drops of our Vanilla Cheesecake Flavour Drops and whisk this together. 

2. Slice up 2 toasting waffles into smaller, bitesize pieces. Add these into the serving dish, along with 30g of frozen cherries and the egg mixture. 

3. Top with 40g of Skinny Food Co Black Cherry Jam and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. 

4. Once baked, drizzle over 10g of our Skinny Food Co White Chocaholic Spread and serve! 

Melt the Skinny Food Co White Chocaholic Spread in the microwave for 10 second intervals until it has reached your desired consistency.
