Banoffee Tart Recipe
If you love banana and you love toffee, then these are for you! These little tarts are so simple and delicious, take less than 5 minutes to put together and contain our incredible 92% less sugar Toffee Chocaholic Spread... What's not to love?!
Makes 6 individual tarts
What you will need:
- 6 individual shortcrust pastry tarts
- 1.5 bananas
- 60g SFC Toffee Chocaholic Spread
- 1 mini meringue nest
Recipe For Banoffee Tarts
1. Melt your Toffee Chocaholic Spread a little in the microwave so it's nice and runny (do this a few seconds at a time) and slice your banana
2. Layer the banana slices into each individual pastry case
3. Now drizzle an even amount of your Toffee Chocaholic Spread over each case, covering the slices of banana
4. Crush the meringue nest over the top of the tarts and you're done! As easy peasy as that!
